Our senior years require an in-depth understanding of the effects of the ageing process on our bodies.  My clients bring a wealth of unique specifications and often have complexed conditions.   I work closely together with them to plan safely modified classes using appropriate equipment to support and assist them through each phase of the

Our senior years require an in-depth understanding of the effects of the ageing process on our bodies.  My clients bring a wealth of unique specifications and often have complexed conditions.   I work closely together with them to plan safely modified classes using appropriate equipment to support and assist them through each phase of the class.  Breath work helps to keep the heart and respiratory system processing at it's optimal efficiency.  It can also invigorate or calm us and bring everything back into balance.  


Any music I use is paced and structured to build in regular breaks.  I also occasionally ask to draw upon their vast catalogue of music in their mental library when looking for inspiration on my playlists!

It is a whole body and mind practice for mum and baby.

You will also become more aware of your breath and learn more ways to control your breathing, something that's key during pregnancy and labour in maintaining a clam mindset.

This class is a space for mum with specifically planned yoga practice for mum to focus on her own practice, with individually planned postures and sequences to fit the unique needs of the postnatal body and mind.   Gentle but targeted exercises to regain stability through those muscular-skeletal regions which need to be re-strengthened post-pregnancy, birth and the new challenges of motherhood.
